Our mission:
We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist who will work in the Indirect Procurement Team, managing the company’s purchases at group level, with a particular focus on Corporate and Operation categories (Logistic, IT, Production, Facility, Maintenance, Security, Health & Safety, HR, Finance, Legal).
You will manage, propose, and support on new procurement projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of procurement standards and strategies of the assigned categories and the related P2P activities and contracting (purchase orders, saving reporting, supply contracts, project presentation, etc.).
How you will contribute:
You will be accountable for the delivery of key objectives and process improvements, with a cost and quality monitoring and you will be responsible for the following activities:
To constantly monitor and manage the Company spend of the Indirect Categories assigned;
To support and implement procurement strategies and initiatives: performing competitive sourcing activities, scouting and searching of new potential suppliers, negotiating and analysing scenarios to be proposed for final selection;
To manage supplier relationships and performance and to build effective partnerships;
To manage and negotiate, in collaboration with legal department suppliers contracts, to ensure full compliance with the Company and Group guidelines and standards;
To implement knowledge and share information about procurement best practices and innovative ideas,
To monitor supplier’s performance;
To report procurement performance, collecting forecasts and updating them as and when required, creating reports (establishing business intelligence and management information from available data);
To liaise with internal customer as well as Legal and Finance and providing proactive support;
To Integrate Group Sustainability requirements in products, services and processes.
Who you are:
You must have an experience in the role in International Companies (up to 3 years), knowledge and management of Corporate and Operation categories is a plus;
Great in collecting and analysing data, strong organizational and time management skills;
Excellent negotiation, networking skills and problem-solving capabilities, customer oriented;
Ability to work with cross-functional team within the organization, proactive, motivated and with a positive attitude;
Excellent Digital skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc), Esker & SAP is a plus;
You are diligent, result and details oriented;
You are a team player, proactive and with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Degree in Engineer preferred;
You are fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
