    Your mission

    For this newly created role, we are looking for an experienced HR partner for our HQ commercial team and our EMEA Region. You will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager and be supported by our Centers of Expertise. Based in Milan, this role requires regular travel to effectively collaborate with managers and meet our teams in stores.

    How you will contribute:

    • Identify and analyze the resource needs to sustain a high-performing organization;

    • Anticipate, manage and optimize recruitment and internal mobility to optimize time to hire;

    • Monitor the integration of new joiners to ensure their success;

    • Coach and guide  managers to enhance their team performance;

    • Participate in the creation of effective development plans and the detection of employees’ potential;

    • Ensure the respect of our administrative deadlines, policies, and HR processes;

    • Support managers in handling difficult conversations and managing disciplinary actions;

    • Contribute to the deployment of Group or House people initiatives.

    Who you are

    • Passionate about retail, you know the code of the luxury industry and are eager to build on your HR experience in retail and sales;

    • Recognized as a trusted HR partner, in a role you have held for a minimum of 4 years in a growing business;

    • Analytical, structured, data and process driven;

    • Talented at handling  sensitive situations and finding the best solutions for the people and the organization;

    • Fluent in Italian and English, a third European language is a plus.
