We are currently looking for a Sales Excellence Intern.

How you will contribute:

• Support with the development of our Digital Library of training materials, serving as the key point of reference for content creation and organization;

• Enhance the existing library, ensuring all training content is up to date, relevant, and easily accessible for the Training Team;

• Assist in crafting project presentations for the Sales Training team, including toolkits for new training modules and engaging quizzes;

• Coordinate the Training Calendar for local trainers across regions, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination;

• Oversee the end-to-end E-Learning Translation process, liaising with translation agencies;

• Prepare dashboards to track key training metrics and performance indicators.

Who you are:

• Degree in Economics/Business;

• High level of Power point;

• Good project management;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines;

• Fluent in English and Italian;

• Curiosity and proactivity.
