We are currently looking for a Security Manager.
How will you contribute:
He will be part of Security and H&S department reporting to the Head of Security and H&S for all the activities related with Physical Security to guarantee the protection of all people and the goods in our shops, offices, factories and logistic buildings. In particular:
Manage physical security systems, both hardware and software (CCTV, access control, anti-intrusion, PSIM platform etc.), monitors any anomalies and schedules maintenance interventions and implementations;
Collect data relating to security of both headquarters and stores at national and international level, carrying out analytical activities and preparing reports;
Keep updated with laws, regulations, directives and mandatory prescriptions, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of security guidelines in all regions;
Be in charge of making physical security vulnerability assessment both on site and in stores to propose the related risk minimization measures;
Be in charge of overseeing contractors’ activities during all the phases of new projects as: design, construction and start-up of security systems and final checks and tests;
Develop security procedures for the protection of offices and stores both in Italy and globally;
Carry out audits to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of security procedures;
Elaborate the standard operating procedures manual for external security personnel and verifies it is up to date and that is properly implemented;
Periodically test the access control systems, video surveillance, anti-intrusion both of the offices and of the shops to ensure effectiveness at all times;
Promptly report potential sources of risk and danger to the integrity of company assets and for the safety of people;
Conduct preliminary analysis related to theft or shortage of company goods;
Potentially be the point of contact with the police or with security functions of other companies nationally and internationally.
Who you are:
At least 5 years’ experience in the security sector;
Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM and / or management software);
Ability to draw up security operating procedures for both employees and suppliers;
Ability to use standard IT tools;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Has obtained or will be able to obtain the GpG license to carry weapons;
Fluent in Italian and English; any other language is considered a plus;
Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is considered a plus;
Previous training as fire and first aid officer is considered a plus;
Previous experience with designing and installing security systems is considered a plus;
Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects and 5 years of experience in the field or high.
