    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

    ROLE:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic WW Clients’ Data Analystics Project Managerfor the Maison. This role is instrumental in managing and optimizing our data ecosystems to support business needs by analysing the trend of clients’ purchasing behaviour.  The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, analytical acumen, and a deep understanding of the luxury fashion landscape.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    OVERALL COMPETENCIES

    Data Strategy and Governance

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive clients’ data management strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and goals.
    • Oversee clients’ data governance and audits of data compliance processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

    Customer Insights and Personalization

    • Analyze clients’ data to uncover insights about buying behaviors, preferences, and trends.

    Data Collection and Integration

    • Ensure seamless integration of data across platforms to create a unified and accurate database.

    Data Analytics and Reporting

    • Act as Product Owner for Dashboards and Reporting Tools to monitor business performance metrics, including sales, customer engagement, and product trends by different clients’ segments.Provide actionable insights to inform strategic initiatives and collaborate closely within the WW Client Development to develop personalized clients’ campaigns and experiences
    • Experiment on A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of campaigns and strategies on customer engagement and sales.

    Collaboration with Teams

    • Partner with Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Excellence and e-commerce teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
    • Collaborate with Kering and house IT teams to maintain and improve data infrastructure, systems, and tools Provide cross-functional workshops or training sessions to educate teams on leveraging data for decision-making.

    Technology Management

    • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data management and analytics tools, such as CRM systems, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence
    • Monitor industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury fashion space.

    SUPPORT TO REGIONAL CLIENT TEAM

    • Support regional and local clients’ and retail teams for building dashboards and reporting tools
    • Conduct quarterly reviews with regional teams to align on goals, challenges, and performance metrics.

    TEAM

    • Leadership and management skills required to develop and train direct reporting team and regional client team

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • More than 5 years of experience in data management or analytics, preferable in luxury fashion, retail or hospitality.
    • Proven experience managing CRM systems and data analysis for customer engagement and personalization.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

    • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
