    BRIONI Stock & Operations Specialist 

    Your Opportunity 

    We are currently seeking a Stock & Operations Specialist who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Houston 

    You will be in charge of organizing and maintaining the stock in order to maximize process efficiency to ensure the best customer service in the store. 

    How You Will Contribute 

    • Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including, receiving from the warehouse, stores, and insuring accuracy of products received and reporting any discrepancies  

    • Monitor of all shipping and receiving procedures including inter-store transfers, consignments, charges sends, consolidations and paperwork distribution 

    • Oversight of store use protocols including clothing allowances, gifts, press pulls, stock adjustments, negative on hands, and known losses 

    • Management of damages  

    • Controlling shortage through inventory management 

    • Keeping the back of house in a tidy manner compliant with Retail Operations and Standards 

    • Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store Policies 

    • Supply ordering 

     

    Who You Are 

    • Experience in a similar operational position in a luxury brand 

    • Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season 

    • A sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, able to proactively offer new ideas and perspectives 

    • A proactive individual who can prioritize and react in a fast-paced environment 

    • Always practices attention to detail, carefully and thoughtfully executes all projects and initiatives  

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

    • Good knowledge of high-end fashion field  

    • Knowledge of men's formalwear a plus  

    • Exceptional listening and communication skills 

    • Self-development attitude and a team-player who can collaborate with others  

    • Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods 

    • Fluent in English
