Your Opportunity
The US Trainer for LINDBERG will collaborate with the Sales team and report to the LINDBERG US Training Manager, contributing to the overall success of the brand in the luxury eyewear market.
How you will contribute
Develop and ensure consistency in all LINDBERG training materials.
Manage and coordinate internal and external opticians concerning academies and labs globally.
Create and oversee the annual training plan for LINDBERG academies, including both physical and digital training sessions.
Support in-house opticians in teaching and further personal development.
Coordinate and set standards for lab training.
Conduct training courses within relevant subject areas as needed.
Host physical training academies when required.
Coordinate certification programs for participants at events.
Provide ad hoc support to the training team as needed.
Who you are
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technical training professional in the lens industry
Expertise and in-depth knowledge on Lenses and eyewear products, and lab procedures.

Familiar with Wholesale channel
Proficiency in creating training materials , advanced Power Point expertise with proved graphic skills
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods as well as learning digital tools
Strong presentation and facilitation skills - the candidate should be able to successfully facilitate trainings to small and large audiences
Excellent communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
Strong project management skills
Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
Availability to travel extensively (90%)
Salary Range - $80,000-$90,000
