    BOTTEGA VENETA VIC Experience & High End Manager, NY Residence

    We are currently seeking a VIC Experience & High-End Manager who will report to the NY Residence Manager at our Flagship in Madison Avenue. The VIC Experience & High-End Manager will drive sales growth by delivering personalized service to our top clients.


    How you will contribute:

    • Collaborate closely with the NY Residence Manager and Coordinator to ensure the seamless management of the Residence.
    • Host top clients, delivering a personalized and exceptional experience that reflects the brand's luxury standards.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI's through client outreach, developing new top clients via appointments and consignments, and informing all clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
    • Effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling, etc.) to maximize each transaction, improve KPI's and close sales.
    • Increase the number of VICs in our portfolio by actively prospecting and engaging with new high-potential clients.
    • Facilitate appointments outside the Residence by partnering with hotels, showrooms, and other external partners.
    • Support the client retention and acquisition strategies to strengthen loyalty and broaden our client network
    • Actively stay connected to the luxury community by attending local or international events fostering new relationships for the business growth.

    Who you are:

    • Strong understanding of the Luxury high-end business and event planning
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage and influence internally and externally
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • 5-6 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail

    Salary Range- New York:

    • Annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 (plus commission eligibility)
