ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance and be willing to learn and take on new challenges. As a Junior Financial Analyst , you will be exposed to various aspects of finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
RESPONISBILITIES
Assist with financial reporting: To assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Budget preparation: To be part of the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting.
Financial analysis: To conduct financial analysis of the organization's financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
To work closely with KSS to automate month end closing, to update the trackers on monthly basis for each department vs budget, highlighting any major variances, as well as to create Capex tracker file by coordinating with KSS and Store planning teams, ensuring all invoices are received and paid in timely manner.
Support the finance team in day-to-day operations
Assist in ad hoc projects
PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High learning Agility and Proactivity
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
