    Main objectives & missions of the Job

    This position covers 3 main dimensions of the HR field: Business Support, Talent Management (Attract, Engage and Develop) and Labor law Management.

    As a point of contact from employees, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all matters related to Human Resources partnering with business functions and HR team.  

    Balenciaga HR Business Partner position seeks strong involvement in the business, having a strategical mindset to help the organization elevate to the next stage.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Business Support

    - Partner with retail leaders to ensure HR expertise is effectively provided to Stores to enhance Staff performance.

    - Perform effective Store visits together with Retail Team to understand the field and provide the right HR expertise.

    - Make accurate analysis of HR related Store KPIs to have a clear view of the in-store HR context.

    - Partner with office function leaders to consult and effectively provide HR expertise regarding the teams.

    - Collaborate with other departments to promote and execute HR projects & initiatives locally.

    - Co-work with function leaders to build an effective manpower in the Store network and in the Office in line with business needs and strategies.

    - Ensure the right person is in the right place to enhance productivity.

    - Provide Business leaders with effective data on HR KPIs to make the best decisions for the business.

    - Manage external consultants and vendors.

    *Handle other project base or ad hoc tasks.

    • Talent Management

    -Talent Acquisition and Journey of their scope in charge; Attract, Engage and Develop.

    - Work closely with HR Director and business leaders to perform accurate and effective Organization Management Review.

    -Drive the local talent review processes and framework in line with Global process. 

    -Identify the areas of people development and make necessary development programs based on business strategies/direction, future and immediate talent needs.

    -Consult and advise to create individual development plan along with business directions and individual aspiration and ensure each development plan is in place.

    -Monitor and follow up the progress of one’s development plan and take necessary actions for enhancement.

    - Lead the nomination of participants for the training programs and other external courses in line with individual development plan.

    - Act as a Brand Behaviour Ambassador to inspire talents within the organization.

    - Create a D&I culture by planning and executing initiatives together with Kering Group and Central Team.

    • Employee Relation & Labor Law Management

    - Manage labor related issues with line management.

    - Support HRD and C&B for the labor-related preventive actions and guidelines.

    - Take necessary actions co-working with management and stakeholders to solve employee relation related matters.

    - Be a reliable partner for employees as a point of HR contact of the brand.

    - Manage the external consultants and government agencies on relevant HR matters.

    Key Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree - Business/ HR Management preferrable
    • At least 5 years hands-on HR experience in HRBP/ Generalist experience
    • Both strategic and operational experiences/ knowledge in wider range of HR
    • Project management
    • Retail or FMCG industry with fast-paced environment
