    BALENCIAGA Wholesale Assistant Manager

    Be the first point of contact for all internal duty-free store inquiries and will play a key role in ensuring effective and regular communication between the Head Office and the Wholesale teams.

    Sales: 

    • Update daily report, weekly report, monthly report, competitors’ report and so on to analyze sales trend
    • Manage sell-in and sell-out sales, inventory and sell-thru
    • Monitor and analyze clients’ performances, make suggestion to push sales
    • Support wholesale manager and store managers to achieve sales targets and operate the store

    Order Management and delivery:

    • Support wholesale manager to order products for Korea Duty free stores every buying season
    • Follow up on showroom orders, reorders with wholesale mangers
    • Price check for correct margin applied and price comparison
    • Follow up the order confirmation and register OC on DFO ERP systems
    • Register BL, Invoices on ERP systems and brand’s systems by shipment
    • Update sell-in report to manage shipment balance
    • Help multi-shops to order our products and manage them by guidelines every buying seasons 

    Others:

    • Keep track on defective issues and proceed with return for defective goods
    • Follow up price change, mark down and other events, and register on DFO ERP systems and brand’s systems
    • Open communication with DF store staffs and wholesale partners
    • Support store projects while communicating with construction company, MIS teams and store staffs in order to set all materials up thoroughly
    • Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
    • Support stock transfer for sales boost

     Requirements

    • Bachelor with at least 4-5 years’ working relevant experience, preferably in the wholesales travel retail industry
    • Detailed, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
    • Experienced to handle DFO ERP systems
    • Proficient in MS Office & Excel (ex: Vlookup, Sumifs and Pivot Table)
    • Good organization and communication skills - Fluent English
