    BOTTEGA VENETA Commercial Finance Analyst – Hong Kong & Macau

    We are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst – Hong Kong & Macau, who will directly report to the Financial Controller of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
     

    How you will contribute

    • Provides actionable insights in daily work regardless of monthly actual closing or annual forecast/budget
    • Tracks and analyzes monthly financial reports including top to bottom deviation analysis between actual and budget & latest estimates in sales, cost and other key performance indicators
    • Reviews the commercial and financial viability of new capital investments and marketing spend proposal ensuring soundness of assumptions, alignment of financials and operational objectives and recommends measures to limit investment risk
    • Leads in the preparation of management reports for financial and operational reviews, executive committee meetings, latest estimates, rolling forecast, dashboards and other special analysis
    • Supports the preparation and analysis of operating and capital budgets, rolling forecasts, latest estimates and strategic plans
    • Finance representative to the Business Team or any management committee meetings.
    • Brand finance collaborator with Kering Group multi-discipline Shared Service functions.
    • Supports transformation projects implementation, including but not limited to SAP retail, new POS, JDA de-commissioning, etc
    • Any other duties that the company may assign from time to time
       

     Who you are

    • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualifications an advantage
    • Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in retail / fashion industry
    • Strong commitment, responsibility and analytical skills with a teamwork and cross-functional approach
    • Proficiency in Financial Accounting for accurate financial reporting
    • Effective communication skills to convey analytical findings and support strategic projects
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, Esker, SAP, HFM, PBCS, RDM 2.0
    • Fluent in English – verbally and written
    • High energy and willingness to drive a global agenda
    • Understand strategic development and business priorities
    • Stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing
