    Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail Selling: Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant: Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

    Your opportunity

    Training

    The individual will be required to train the retail team in either a facilitated classroom setting, on-the-job, or conduct online and webinar training as a primary responsibility. Training types include:

    • Product & Service trainings
    • Technical trainings: SOP and System usage
    • Internal service assessments and follow-up coaching
       

    Curriculum Design & Development

    The individual will support the development of courseware and materials including PowerPoint presentations, participant handouts, trainers' guides, and other tools/materials for use by the retail team.
     

    Training Coordination & Deployment

    Work closely with the Regional Training team to assess training needs, define training priorities and co-ordinate training events and training activities.
     

    Reporting & Analysis

    Monitor and analyze business, people and training KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to bolster sales, learning retention and application.

    Training Audits

    Upholding and enforcing service, grooming, and quality standards in accordance with brand and regional guidelines. Coach and train the team through regular observations, providing feedback and exemplifying the luxury service experience.

    Requirements

    Functional

    • Previous experience in training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the job mission
    • Strong interest in growing and expanding learning and development capabilities
    • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills
    • Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, customer-focused attitude and high teamwork skills
    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues
    • Ability to read, analyze, assemble, and compile information for reports, special projects and surveys;
    • Familiar working with Business stakeholders at all levels of an organization
    • Strong Retail Business Orientation
    • Experience in Digital Learning
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
    • Strong technical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems)
    • Experience in Ecommerce or client-facing role at a retail setting is desirable
