Your opportunity
You will be responsible for providing high quality business process solution and technical implementation for finance service team from Kering and brands in China with a wide range of focus on global and local systems.
You will take ownership to analyze business process bottleneck, and explore all the available solutions in the market to define the right approach to fulfill business requirements, in both short-term and long-term perspectives.
You will liaise with demand managers in China and region as well as global functional domain representatives, global architecture team and technical team, ensuring suitable business process design and technical solution implemented.
You will be also responsible for the documentation and projects handover to the running team, according with the Kering standards, processes and guidelines.
How you will contribute
· In SAP project, drive business process and technical solution design together with global SAP team and partners.
· Deep understanding of finance processes in retail industry, and continuously improve it.
· Able to identify opportunity to use tech solution to help business users improve working efficiency.
· Collaborate with other teams in the demand and project gate committee processes
· Ability to work with team located in different cities/countries, very good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with short deadlines, proactive approach in identifying blocking tasks and points
Who you are
· An experienced professional with at least 8 years of SAP implementation experience in finance area. At least 2 years of internal IT position in international retail companies.
· Solid knowledge of finance and accounting, especially in GL/AP/AR/FA and costing.
· Deep understanding of China local landscape and applications in finance domain. E.g. Yonyou, OA, RPA.
· Familiar with Webservices, Idoc, FTP and relevant integration technologies.
· Knowledgeable about retail company processes. (Store sales, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, HR, BI/reporting)
· Innovation attitude, passion to drive things forward and exceptional commitment to teamwork
· Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude, strong organizational skills
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
