Your opportunity
The Gucci Team Manager will lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. They will partner with the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager to perform with high integrity in Operations, Loss Prevention compliance, Human Resources management, as well as in Visual merchandising presentation. They will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who have a strong background and desire in relationship building skills, with both external clients and internal partners. The Department Manager will represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the market place.
How you will contribute
Ensure the achievement of business goals and strategic projects for the Department, keeping in constant connection with Corporate functions
Support the Store Manager in recruiting the sales staff and identifying training needs
Provide the sales staff with specific training and coaching (sales technique, product know how and customer management)Ensure the development of motivation, sense of belonging and business involvement
Assist the sales staff in customer relationship management
Guarantee that Visual Merchandising standards are upheld according to Gucci policies
Ensure appropriate Department resources coverage and supervise logistics and stock management
Ensure the maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
Who you are?
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service related industry.
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at all levels of the company - Driving business success Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of Photoshop would be considered an advantage Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to regularly interact with internal and external personnel at all levels.
