Role Objective:
Support the EMEA Human Resources team with various HR activities, mainly dedicated to the Italian retail workforce of Alexander McQueen.
Core Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager with recruitment though job posting and screening of candidate applications
Support with data accuracy in the HR system
Act as first point of contact for any employee queries and escalate to HR Manager for prompt resolution
Liaise with other internal Kering HR departments in order to maintain systems updated with correct data (e.g. payroll, attendance and expenses portals)
Work alongside the rest of the HR team to support with projects and ad hoc activities
Required Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills.
University degree in a relevant filed is highly desirable
