    We are looking for a Europe Retail Buyer.

    Your opportunity

    The Europe Ready-to-Wear Retail Buyer is responsible for driving sales performance across the region. Working closely with Store Directors and General Managers, she/he analyzes sales trends to optimize product assortments and to manage optimal replenishments. She/he ensures that merchandising strategies align with commercial goals. In addition to managing product flows, the role includes supporting the opening of new stores and event, preparing materials for buying campaigns and benchmark competitors.

    Regular performance tracking and market analysis are key responsibilities, allowing the Buyer to adjust the purchasing strategy to meet evolving customer needs.
     

    How you will contribute

    • Monitor the Best/Slow Seller in each area and anticipated restocking recommendations.
    • Work closely with store directors and general managers in the region.
    • Understand commercial issues and ensure that Merchandising is a partner of retail and VM in the area on these subjects.
    • Manage RTW category in order to increase Sell Out and Sell-thru performance.
    • Analyze sales and stocks, qualitative and quantitative analyzes of products.
    • Manage the distribution of stocks between stores and logistics management.
    • Implement corrective actions: modification of merchandise allocations and transfers between stores.
    • Monitor product flows: product research, transfers, press releases, Customer Service relations.
    • Track deliveries and returns.
    • Manage restocking of different points of sale.
    • Support store openings throughout the Europe zone.
    • Prepare materials for purchasing campaigns: books/line sheets, sales summary, etc.
    • Enter orders for stores during showroom sessions.

    Who you are

    • You have between 3/6 years of similar experience in Luxury Retail Merchandising with a large scope & SKU handled in autonomy.
    • Previous experience in a fluent context, with limited steps of approval
    • Be able to manage the selection, assortment by store until the final distribution
    • Be able to present to Top Management the buying selection & key merchandising data on a monthly basis
    • Global retail Merchandising experiences or Collection Merchandising or Region Retail Buyer
