We are currently seeking a Client Advisor – VM Ambassador as part of our dynamic team in our Roma Condotti Store.
SALES PERFORMANCE
- Finalizes sales targets achievements in line with Company strategy
- Efficiently manages time to accomplish the tasks assigned
- Represents Bottega Veneta brand image
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Creates an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey
- Collects and updates client information to ensure an efficient use of CRM
- Embraces the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients
STYLING
- Understands luxury, the collections and fashion trends
- Works on silhouettes, brings alternative items to get clients to discover more about the collection
- With the creative vision in mind, confidently advices clients as to how they can style the pieces
STORE OPERATIONS
- Keeps the stock tidy, knows and monitors stock deliveries and availabilities, communicates in a timely manner out-of-stock merchandise and any other useful information
- Knows and applies company policies, procedures and guidelines
VM ACTIVITIES
- Provides store setup support and cooperates with HQ VM during the store setup / windows special installations.
- Regularly checks the store setup and guarantees the VM guidelines are respected
- During the morning briefing, updates the colleagues about any VM changes.
- Fills in the specific monthly VM report to be sent to HQ VM at the end of each month.
Who you are:
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
- At least 3 years of previous experience in Fashion & Luxury contexts, preferably in with Visual Merchandising focus
- Excellent client service attitude as well as communication and emphatic skills
- Good team player that works in partnership with in-store colleagues and HQ VM team
- Capacity to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio
- Ability to share the VM inputs and make sure that all the team respect/understand them.
- Attention to details and aims to achieve the highest quality standards.
