We are currently seeking an EMEA Architecture Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
- Support the manager in managing and organizing documentation for various projects.
- Ensure documentation is correctly entered into the internal database.
- Prepare materials for project kick-off presentations to the WW Store Planning team.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
- Support layout modifications for projects using AutoCAD.
- Track project work-in-progress to ensure timely updates.
- Provide administrative support for project management (raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices).
- Manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.
Who you are?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering and available for a 6 months curricular internship.
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, result-driven and deadline-focused.
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Team-oriented, proactive and skilled in problem-solving.
