    BOTTEGA VENETA EMEA Client Development Intern

    We are currently seeking an EMEA Client Development Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute:

    • Support the planning and execution of client events and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.

    • Maintain and update the events database, including suppliers, catering services, and new venue options.

    • Monitor and manage updates to the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

    • Coordinate with store teams across the region to conduct market research and analysis, identifying best practices and new client opportunities.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including PR, events, marketing, visual merchandising, product merchandising, and local/global client development teams—to enhance client experiences.

    • Gather qualitative feedback from retail teams to refine and optimize the client journey.

    • Provide administrative support to the Client Development team, aiding in seamless day-to-day operations.

    • Assist with outreach to vendors to collect relevant information and facilitate partnerships.

    • Contribute to cost reporting and budget tracking for events and initiatives.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative client engagement strategies.

    • Prepare compelling presentations and reports for client meetings, reviews, and event summaries.

    • Support the creation of creative briefs, presentations, and post-event reports in PowerPoint format.

    Who You Are

    • A passion for fashion and a client-centric mindset, with an interest in retail and omnichannel customer experiences.

    • Eligible for a 6 months curricular internship ( Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc in a relevant discipline ).

    • Meticulous attention to detail paired with effective communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships.

    • A flexible and adaptable approach, thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

    • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

    • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
