We are looking for a Global Client Development Intern to join our Client Development Department in Milan.
How will you contribute?
As a Global Client Development Intern, you will support the execution of the global Client Development strategy across all touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Market & Industry Research: Gather key insights from competitive benchmarks and industry analysis.
- Store activations: Create and update guidelines and training materials to support local teams in deploying in-store activations and other clienteling tools.
- Clienteling Campaign Support: Assist in launching clienteling one-to-one campaigns by uploading assets to the clienteling app, coordinating with regional teams, and consolidating their requests.
- Gifting Coordination: Support the end-to-end gifting process, from order collection to delivery, in alignment with the gifting strategy.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of different clienteling actions, preparing ad hoc analyses and regular reports.
- Administrative Support: Support the team with the management of invoices related to client development projects.
Who are you?
- Passionate about luxury fashion and retail.
- Eligible for a 6 months curricular internship (Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc in a relevant discipline ).
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
- Adaptable, flexible, and highly organized.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
