We are currently seeking a Global Learning and Development Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our global learning strategy, ensuring that every employee is in the driving seat of their development and can thrive and excel.
How you will contribute?
- Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy that aligns with Bottega Veneta's vision and values.
- Design and deliver engaging and impactful training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for office-based employees at all levels and globally.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Engage regional teams in learning activities to ensure consistency and alignment with global initiatives.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of the global performance and development review process, fostering continuous growth and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Kering Group Learning department to leverage synergies and ensure alignment with group-wide learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving our offerings.
- Manage the global learning budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality training initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, bringing relevant ideas to our organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and positive engagement within the organization.
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, in companies and/or consultancy firms, with at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and oral. Proficiency in another language is preferred.
- Fluent use of Power Point and Excel.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability and genuine interest in working effectively in team, with different departments, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of Bottega Veneta's brand values.
