    We are currently seeking a WW Sample Assistant as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute:

    • Manage sample life cycle from ordering process to archive
    • Liaise with product development teams to ensure quality and conformity of the product
    • Manage samples distribution in all the warehouses
    • Coordination of samples requests for following departments (style offices, visual, merchandising, ecommerce, product development)
    • Coordination of extra show samples (merchandising stock) during the season
    • Support WW PR activities (from editorial requests to VIP gifting and dressing)
    • Support Image Team for special projects
    • Preparation of sample set for events/fashion show
    • Collaborate with Logistics and Customs teams to organize and guarantee the correct shipments
    • Using Fashion GPS tool to track all the samples movements

    Who you are:

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
    • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
    • High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
    • Organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills: ability to liaise with others inside the organization, superb listening and reasoning
    • Confident, dynamic, pro-active and driven mind set
    • Collaborative team player
    • Ease in working in a fast-changing environment
