    We are currently seeking a Global Retail Operations Assistant as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    Packaging and Uniform

    Support WW Retail Ops in a 360° management of non-merchandising categories and cooperation with the teams involved:

    • Creative Team and Merchandising during the creation of new unforms and packaging collections.
    • Finance Team for Budget and Forecast calculation.
    • Industrial Team for timely production and delivery.
    • Supply Chain and Distribution team for delivery in region
    • Communicate with regional retail teams for launch in store and commitment to guidelines.

    After Sales
    Support WW Retail Ops team in:

    • Implementing retail procedures and best practices
    • Designing and delivering online and in person training for after sales experts in store
    • Cooperating with Industrial team to ensure the best quality standard.
    • Supporting Customer Care for client’s requests
    • Monitoring After Sales performance KPIs and service level in store

    Projects

    Support WW Retail Operations team in managing several Retail Operations projects, such as:

    • Certificate of Craft developments and reporting
    • Store Capacity Calculator implementation and Stockroom optimization initiatives
    • After Sales excellence
    • Other Retail Operations projects

    Other activities

    • Support the team in the ordering flow for non-merchandising items.
    • Support the team in weekly activities and meetings with the regional counterparts.
    • Participate to Market visits to ensure Retail standards are applied consistently in the retail network.
    • Perform competitor analysis and mystery shopping activities

    Who you are

    • Degree in Economics or Engineering.
    • Excellent analytical and planning skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft office
    • Previous working experience in luxury or fashion industry
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong team player
    • Flexible and proactive
    • Solution oriented
