We are currently seeking a Global Retail Operations Assistant as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute
Packaging and Uniform
Support WW Retail Ops in a 360° management of non-merchandising categories and cooperation with the teams involved:
- Creative Team and Merchandising during the creation of new unforms and packaging collections.
- Finance Team for Budget and Forecast calculation.
- Industrial Team for timely production and delivery.
- Supply Chain and Distribution team for delivery in region
- Communicate with regional retail teams for launch in store and commitment to guidelines.
After Sales
Support WW Retail Ops team in:
- Implementing retail procedures and best practices
- Designing and delivering online and in person training for after sales experts in store
- Cooperating with Industrial team to ensure the best quality standard.
- Supporting Customer Care for client’s requests
- Monitoring After Sales performance KPIs and service level in store
Projects
Support WW Retail Operations team in managing several Retail Operations projects, such as:
- Certificate of Craft developments and reporting
- Store Capacity Calculator implementation and Stockroom optimization initiatives
- After Sales excellence
- Other Retail Operations projects
Other activities
- Support the team in the ordering flow for non-merchandising items.
- Support the team in weekly activities and meetings with the regional counterparts.
- Participate to Market visits to ensure Retail standards are applied consistently in the retail network.
- Perform competitor analysis and mystery shopping activities
Who you are
- Degree in Economics or Engineering.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Previous working experience in luxury or fashion industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong team player
- Flexible and proactive
- Solution oriented
