Job description :
- Reporting to the WW Maintenance Manager, within the Architecture and Store Experience Department, the mission of the Architecture and Maintenance Intern is to collaborate on the creation of a Projects Database and Maintenance Guidelines for our Boucheron stores.
- Create a structured and updated documental database of opened EMEA Boucheron stores.
- Draw up a maintenance model for maintenance guidelines post-opening.
- Support the maintenance team on maintenance activities and works.
CREATE A STRUCTURED AND UPDATED DOCUMENTAL DATABASE OF OPENED EMEA BOUCHERON STORES.
- Collection and organizing the data, drawings, and documents.
- Update documentation and project dwg drawings.
- Update the suppliers contact list, the furniture inventory, and fixed assets.
DRAW UP A MAINTENANCE MODEL FOR MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES POST-OPENING.
- Work with the team on the maintenance manual.
- Create a model customizing it with the specificities of each store.
- The maintenance manual post opening will contain the requirements for regular store maintenance to keep the premises physically healthy and functional for shoppers and employees.
- Will also contain the best practices to implement to limit recurring problems and optimize maintenance operations.
SUPPORT THE MAINTENANCE TEAM ON STORE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES AND WORKS.
- Supporting the maintenance team in managing the maintenance requests with the maintenance tool and in dealing with technical issues.
- Ticket management through maintenance tool.
- Planning and organizing the work of service providers.
- Participate in the administrative process of collection, verification and archive of the technical documents, contracts, offers and invoices.
Profile :
Technical skills / abilities :
- School of Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design or equivalent training in the field of architecture or technical works.
- Good technical skills
- Computer skills: Excel, Office package and AutoCAD
Soft skills / abilities :
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and organized.
- Collaboration with cross functional teams
Languages :
French and English.
Start Date : ASAP (6 months internship)
Job based in Paris.
