    We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will report to the Customer Service Manager as part of our dynamic team in Cadempino.

    Your opportunity

    You will form an integral part of the Customer Service Department within the Integrated Logistics Business Unit, providing exceptional service to stores and internal clients. You will achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through relationship management in cooperation with divers departments within our Company. This invigorating role will allow you to provide the clients of our luxury brands with first class customer service

    How you will contribute

    • Using our internal mainframe systems to manage orders received during sales campaigns, prices and delivery of goods

    • Adhering to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service

    • Providing top-quality customer service by answering to customer inquiries/issues as required

    • Communicating and collaborating with internal departments in order to meet customer expectations

    • Developing and executing planned activities

    • Facilitating the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities

    Who you are

    • An high school graduate (university degree will be a plus)

    • A customer service representative with a previous experience at least in customer service or in similar roles (preferably within the fashion/luxury industry)

    • An expert user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Stealth (or AS400)

    • A professional aware of Luxury Goods International/ Luxury Goods Logistics dynamics

    • An excellent communicator, able to work well with individuals from all levels of an organisation and suppliers

    • A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines

    • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (good knowledge of either French or German would be a plus)
