    Your Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team. You will be a key player in ensuring the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while providing legal advice and support to our commercial, logistics and procurement team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and expanding organization while developing your expertise in a variety of legal domains.

    How you will contribute

    Commercial Law:

    Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements, including:

    • Logistics and transportation agreements
    • Service agreements
    • Real estate/constructions agreements
    • Provide legal guidance and support to the procurement team on all aspects of the procurement process

    Compliance:

    • Implementation, management and maintenance of the D.lgs. 231/01 Model (or similar corporate compliance programs)
    • Advise on and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy (GDPR) and other relevant legislation
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and mitigate legal risks

    Legal Support:

    • Manage external counsel and legal service providers
    • Stay abreast of legal developments in relevant areas of expertise
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and best practices

    Who you are

    • Doctor degree from an accredited law school
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in commercial law
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluency in English is essential
