    GUCCI Client Advisor - De Bijenkorf

    Stop just dreaming. Start dream-making with us! We are looking for Client Advisors to join our team in Amsterdam De Bijenkorf on a full time basis (38 hours). Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.

    Key accountabilities
    • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
    • Effectively use cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities, combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client
    • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best in class service making the client feel valued from the moment they enter the store
    • Develop local and international client base and seeks to recruit and develop top clients

    Key Requirements

    • Fluent in Dutch and English mandatory, any additional languages would be a plus
    • Experience working in a fast-paced fashion/luxury brand
    • Track record in building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets
    • Passion for and sound knowledge about Gucci and luxury fashion
    • Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed
