GUCCI EMEA Inventory Efficiency Intern

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and improve the Inventory Efficiency tools ensuring data quality and consistency;

• Load and maintain relevant data in the Internal and External reports: Stock On hand, stock Available, sales, pending transfer qty, Assortment details, Location Capacity, Saturation level, etc…;

• Deep dive and investigate any worrying situation and identify structural corrective actions in partnership with Regional merchandising and Inventory Planning; • Develop and maintain relevant reports/dashboard/KPI’s pertaining to Inventory Efficiency activities;

• Develop, support and maintain documentation for the team. Competencies and Skills

• Structured approach to problem solving/design thinking, data-driven decision making;

• Ownership, creativity and willingness to develop new solutions, customer centricity;

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines;

• Well-organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Knowledge of Access, Excel and database applications, PowerBI a plus;

• Good team working and interpersonal skills.
