KERING BEAUTE – Sales financial controller
The Sales Financial controller will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance. He/she will be responsible for sales analysis, the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and providing strategic insights to support sales decisions. He/she will also play a crucial role in developing and monitoring pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
How you will contribute
Key responsability :
Sales analysis:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, forecasts, and variances from targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand market challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Calculate royalties.
Pricing strategy:
Design and implement pricing models aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set competitive prices that reflect product value.
Business intelligence implémentation
Develop and implement BI solutions to improve the collection, processing, and visualization of commercial data.
Train teams on BI tools and provide the necessary technical support for their effective use.
Work closely with the IT department to integrate BI systems into the existing infrastructure.
Performance management
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and marketing campaigns
Budget & Forecast
Collaborate in the preparation of sales budgets and the revision of forecasts.
Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results and recommend corrective actions.
Strategic support
Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Conduct profitability analyses for new products or commercial initiatives.
Project management
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales and reporting processes.
Who are you ?
Graduate from Finance, economics or equivalent schools
Proven experience in finance controlling sales, with a focus on pricing, preferably on the beauty industry
Expert in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis software
Able to interpret complex data and translate analyses into business strategies
In-depth understanding of marketing dynamics and product strategy
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Demonstrates initiative and effective time management
Bilingual in English, both oral and written.
