    KERING BEAUTE_International Marketing Development Intern

    As International Marketing Development Intern, you are at the heart of creating concepts, starting with a blank piece of paper, imagining the next launches of innovative products and services that respond best to our consumers needs, while being the guardian of the brands’ DNA. You are also responsible for the analysis of the brands’ performance, competitors’ activities and a partner in crime for the different markets all over the world.

    Your main responsibilities will include:


    • Market analysis and competition benchmark:

    - Conduct both quantitative and qualitative performance analysis

    - Conduct competition, consumer needs and Beauty market trends analysis

    • Product Development:

    - Creative Development (press/media, packaging brief, formulas, naming, claims, concepts...), participate to creative workshops - Project follow up: formulas evaluation, lab samples, mockups

    - Activation tools development: 360 Editorial design (from creative brief to operational execution), marketing presentation, product specifications, merchandising briefs...

    • Participate to strategic presentations and innovation plans :

    - Presentations, mock ups, videos…

    Who you are


    - A Master student - able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school


    - Fluent in English - A Creative Entrepreneur: courageous and adventurous.
