    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking an Optical Trainer who will report to the Trade Marketing Manager as part of our dynamic commercial Iberian Team.

    How you will contribute

    • Implement technical training programs for all the different targets in scope (Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, Optical Schools) in the assigned area.
    • Execute training programs through different types of formats (classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, webinar, etc.).
    • Define the most effective local training strategy based on assigned KPIs and business priorities.
    • Ensure local customization of the training materials provided by HQ according to the specific market’s needs.
    • Provide support during local Sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections’ presentation.
    • Control and monitor the travel budget to ensure most cost effectiveness.
    • Connect with Optical Trainers of other markets to share strategies and best practices.
    • Monitor competitors’ learning tools and programs, and report to HQ.
    • Be curious and proactive in searching new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
    • Understand Brands’ business model and objectives, with a major focus on Brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features and technicalities.

    Who you are

    • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
    • Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experiences in Optical Industry as a must
    • Excellent training contents creation and good level of copy-writing
    • Fluent in Spanish and English
    • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Power Point expertise
    • Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods
    • Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
    • Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, committed to teamwork.
    • Strong team player and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
    • Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
    • Car driving license
    • Open to travel 80% Time (field-based position)
