    Your opportunity

    Central Operations team, which can be considered as pivotal role between the Kering Brands, the other Kering’s teams involved in Supply Chain activities, and finally the Logistic Partner. Main goal of the Performance Improvement Area is to define and calculate 3PL performances, possible only though a consistent knowledge of the overall logistic processes managed in the Central Warehouse, and conscious management of related databases. Key for this role is the willingness to work with numbers and large databases to discover in them insights for the operational processes.

    How you will contribute 

    • Support the Process & Performance Improvement Area to identify, design and implement enhancements to the Central Operations functions;
    • Enable continuous improvement, workflow enhancement, and attainment of business goals for the Central Operations team and Kering brands;
    • Act as a key reference and support mechanism for the Central Operations function in order to support cost, quality, velocity and productivity objectives for the business and our brands, proactively providing data-driven insights on performance, operational and cost metrics;
    • Master core processes both for operational and documentary steps;
    • Secure with all stakeholders and service providers the implementation and execution of processes as per design and push for progress.

    Who you are 

    • Bachelor Degree in Economy, Engineering, Mathematics  or equivalent
    • Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, that includes data wrangling, transformation, modelling and visualization
    • A strong interest in data analytics, process analysis, project management and reengineering in Logistics or Supply Chain
    • Fluency in English spoken and written, at least B2 level in Italian is highly recommended
    • Ability to prioritize and follow up on various tasks
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Team Working
    • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

    Softwares Requirements

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
      • knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and Pivot management are necessary
      • knowledge of VBA and Power Query would be beneficial
    • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI would be beneficial
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate would be beneficial
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or of SQL language is not required but is a plus
    • Previous experience on warehouse management systems (WMS such as Reflex) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP such as SAP) is not required but is a plus
