    Your opportunity

    In Kering Technologies’ Tech Corporate Apps Department, you will be part of the Digital Workplace and User Experience Team which is responsible for defining and globally implementing the end-user adoption strategy for new applications and IT solutions, aiming to enhance the end-user experience.

    Kering Technologies is currently implementing the new payment solution tool (POS) across the world, covering seven of our brands in all their stores. As the Lead of the Adoption stream in this key transformation program, we have developed the Change and Training Strategy, and we have now to implement it in every country for each brand. 

    Thus, we are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Training Creation Intern to join our team in Milan and assist us on this Program in developing engaging and informative digital training materials.  

    How you will contribute

    If you are a dynamic person ready to dive into action, this role will give you the exciting opportunity to learn how to design a comprehensive learning strategy and master all the activities needed to deliver it successfully. Will also be the opportunity to put your communication and project management skills into practice all while being part of a dynamic, young team that's disruptive in communication and training methods, always seeking new challenges.

    As an intern, you'll dive right into the action, working closely with the Adoption Stream Lead in the New POS Program. In particular, you will:

    • Take part and support several aspects of production of digital training material (e-learnings, onepagers, userguides, practical cases…)
    • Coordinate a smooth communication with internal teams to ensure fluidity of information
    • Participate in the development of communication and engagement templates aimed at informing and engaging final users
    • Assist in the organization of workshops and training sessions to raise awareness among users about new processes and tools
    • Collect and analyze feedback through surveys

    Who you are

    • Bachelor degree at least, Master as a plus
    • Fluent in English, knowleadgeable in Italian and/or french is a plus
    • Preferable knowledgeable of one of these tools: Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/CONFLUENCE, SharePoint
    • Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about working in a team
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Striving for quality in all work aspects, detail-oriented and well organized, passionate about fashion/luxury/design
    • Knowledge of Agile framework is a plus
    • UX/UI skills is a valuable asset.
