    The Global Network Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure operation of Kering's global network infrastructure. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage complex network systems, ensure high availability, and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic mindset and strong relationship skills.

    The Global Network Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure operation of Kering's global network infrastructure. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage complex network systems, ensure high availability, and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic mindset and strong relationship skills.

    How you will contribute

    Network Operations Management: Lead global network operations, coordinating with regional teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with global standards.

    Incident Management and Optimization: Handle network incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruption, while also driving continuous improvement and performance optimization.

    Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors and global service providers, negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives.

    ·Network Design and Security: Contribute to the design and deployment of global network infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures and integrating the latest industry best practices.

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to align network operations with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

    Financial and Budgeting: Maintain and supervise the network operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency while supporting operational needs.

    Who you are

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in network operations management, preferably in a multinational environment.
    • Strong knowledge of network architecture and technologies (e.g.,WiFi, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Networks, IoT).
    • Proven experience with network monitoring, management tools and services (e.g., SIEM, SolarWinds, Nagios, Cisco Prime, Meraki, Splunk, Zscaler).
    • Expertise in network automation tools and techniques to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Proficient in using ServiceNow ITSM platform for including incident, problem, change management and reports.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Any related certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, NSE, ITIL will be considered.
    • English language good proficiency
