LINDBERG Video Specialist

We are currently seeking a Video Specialist who will report to our Graphic Design Manager as part of our dynamic Graphic team in Denmark.

LINDBERG Graphics is LINDBERG's internal agency, which consists of 25 skilled and ambitious colleagues, 10 of whom work from our office in Shanghai. We design and develop all of LINDBERG's visual communication for various platforms and handle everything related to print, web design, image processing, video, and 3D graphics.

How you will contribute

Develop creative video productions for social media and other platforms by: 

• Creating impactful videos through captivating storytelling 
• Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to express the brand identity
• Translating abstract ideas into compelling video narratives that resonate with the audience
• Develop and execute video content based on marketing briefs for various of platforms
• Visualising unique selling points (USPs) highlighting the design features of our products
• Executing from initial ideas to final product
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and AI to keep content current and relevant.
• Producing educational training videos leveraging skills within the Optical trade
• Aligning objectives and goals and collaborating across teams

Who you are

• Creatively strong in expressing a brand's DNA through video storytelling across platforms
• Self-driven and motivated by delivering high-end productions 
• A proven track record of creative video production 
• User of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere and After Effects
• Experienced in filming and comfortable with advanced camera systems
• Experience with editing and color grading
• Have a natural interest in experimenting with techniques, effects, and video gear
• Always updated on contemporary trends and technologies 
• Excellent in following schedules and workflows, ensuring timely delivery
• Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear and convincing way
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and feedback, maintaining a positive and productive approach
• Communicate clearly and present ideas convincingly
