    Job Family Group Description - Finance: Gathers jobs supporting the business through financial services, such as business planning and performance analysis, risk management, tax and administration. Job Family Description -Accounting and Consolidation: Oversees the maintenance of our company’s general ledger and related accounting practices, including payables, receivables, inventories, fixed assets and payrolls. Sub-Job Family Description - Accounting/Administration: Supports our business by performing professional accounting work involving the compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data.

    We are currently looking for a talented Accountant.

    How will you contribute:

    You will join the Finance Administration team based in Milan and will support the team with the following activities:

    • Recording and reconciling invoices for both Italian and international suppliers and customers;

    • Managing schedules efficiently to ensure timely payments and receivables;

    • Maintaining accurate general accounting recordings for financial transactions;

    • Providing support in fulfilling tax obligations, including VAT and corporate taxes;

    • Conducting thorough asset detection and managing accruals and deferrals;

    • Overseeing banking activities and payment management with precision and attention to detail.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles;

    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel;

    • Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations and compliance standards;

    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Italian and English;

    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities;

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
