The Mall Luxury Outlets, which is part of Kering Group, is currently seeking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Digital team based in Milan.

    Your opportunity

    Directly reporting to the Business Development and Digital Manager and based in Milan, he/she will support the Digital team in identifying needs and new opportunities for brand exposure and aspire to create brand awareness.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the definition of the digital marketing strategy using all necessary tools (website, APP, social media, etc) and coordinate all the digital marketing campaigns, across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites.
    • Support the development of an adv strategy with a multi-channel approach (press & media, social & digital) and monitor how advertising integrates with other account deliverables.
    • Support the future development of the company website and APP.
    • Monitor industry trends and identify new activities through monitoring of SEO/SEM٫ marketing٫ and sales performance metrics.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and Key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts as well as website traffic metrics to suggest solution to boost the traffic to website.
    • Manage paid search advertising campaigns to conduct keyword research, create ads copy, optimize bidding strategies, and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve advertising objectives such as lead generation or website traffic.
    • Collaborate with internal Communication team and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensure brand consistency, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
    • Stay up to date with digital technologies developments.

    Who you are

    • Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing and advertising.
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Emplifi).
    • Familiarity with web design, HTML, have basic IT troubleshooting and proven experience with SEO/SEM.
    • A team player, influencing, leading whilst engaging with team members.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication٫ analytical٫ and project management skills.
    • Excellent in written and spoken Italian and English.
