    BOUCHERON Omnichannel Coordinator

    As an Omnichannel coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing ecommerce orders and delivery, managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient operations, and managing after-sales requests for ecommerce. Your role will be key to convey luxury standards into daily ecommerce transactions. You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of jewelry items for ecommerce channel, as well as coordinating with Operations team to support Boucheron stock and inventory management in Americas.     Boucheron Omnichannel Coordinator

    Base Salary $28.00 - $30.00 per hour plus annual bonus

    Job responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    • Receive incoming shipments of jewelry items, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for quality and accuracy.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies and address discrepancies promptly.
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and damage, including security protocols and surveillance monitoring.

    Stock Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of ecommerce transactions, including orders, receipts, and proofs of delivery, using inventory management software or manual logs.
    • Generate reports on ecommerce stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory movements to support decision-making and replenishment strategies.
    • Collaborate with HQ and sales teams to forecast ecommerce demand, anticipate stock needs, and coordinate replenishment orders in a timely manner.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of stock management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
    • Manage client after-sales requests, returns, and repairs; liaise with our workshops.

    Support central operations team:

    • Generate reports on DOS and wholesale stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory movements to support decision-making and replenishment strategies.
    • Collaborate with HQ and sales teams to forecast total demand, anticipate stock needs, and coordinate replenishment orders in a timely manner.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of stock management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
    • Manage in-store client repairs and liaise with our workshops.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in stock, 1+ years of experience in jewelry
    • Previous experience in inventory management, stock administration, or related roles, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software, spreadsheet applications, and basic accounting principles.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory data.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Business Partner Mindset. Team Spirit.
    • High level of integrity and reliability in handling confidential information and valuable merchandise.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow dynamics as needed.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education or certification in inventory management or gemology is a plus.

    Additional Information: Boucheron successfully kicked off the global re-launch in 2017 with a strong geographical development on historical markets (Europe, Japan, Middle East), while also developing new major territories in China & Korea. Starting in 2023, Boucheron will write another page of its history with the conquest of the American market.
