    We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst who will report to our Finance Director based in our Bridgewater office

    How you will contribute

    • Maintain the commission management system for the North American sales force
    • Update new and terminated sales representatives, commission percentage changes, manage territory/division transfers/splits and territory coverage
    • Ensure all new customer accounts are mapped to their respective sales representatives and correctly categorized as commissionable or non-commissionable (NCA)
    • Process commission statements and add manual commission adjustments
    • Create bonus calculation files based on KPIs, including quarterly bonuses and annual catchups
    • Calculate and review special incentives, ensuring alignment with company policies
    • Send bonus objectives and payout amounts to the sales team using mail merge tools
    • Update accrual journal entry files for month-end close
    • Ad hoc templates, reports, and analysis for business leaders to evaluate their performance, including benchmarking and ROI analysis

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a commission-based environment
    • Proficiency in financial/business intelligence software, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and working with large data sets; experience with SAP and a commission management system is a plus
    • Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments, extremely organized and detailed oriented
    • Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
