Your opportunity
The After Sales Intern will be involved in post-sales support, with a strong focus on data analysis to improve processes, resolve customer issues, and optimize operations for a better customer experience. The ideal candidate has an analytical approach, attention to detail, and proficiency in analytical tools.
How you will contribute
Post-Sales Data Analysis: collect and analyze data related to post-sales performance (customer feedback, complaints, returns) and create reports and dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
After Sales Service Optimization: collaborate with the team to develop solutions for recurring issues reported by customers. Support the team in process improvements by proposing changes based on the analyzed data. Use predictive analytics techniques to anticipate potential issues and address them before they become critical.
Post-Sales Operations Support: Handle post-sales support requests, ensuring they are resolved within the set timeframes. Interact with other departments (e.g., logistics, technical, IT, custmer services etc.) to resolve more complex issues.
Reporting and Presentations: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on post-sales performance. Provide in-depth analysis and suggest improvements at the product or service level.
Collaboration and Development: Support the team in the continuous improvement of post-sales processes. Participate in team meetings to share analysis, suggest solutions, and contribute to process growth.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (proficiency in Microsoft Excel.)
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English – both written and spoken; knowledge of any other foreign language is greatly appreciated
