DODO E-Commerce Intern

Your opportunity

Are you passionate about E-Commerce and eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist Intern to join our e-commerce run activities.

How You Will Contribute

• Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks related to the running of the Brand website.

• Manage the online product catalogue.

• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates.

• Monitor transactions, returns and online inventory

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

• Track website KPIs and use data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.

• Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry, analyze competition, and share best practices.

• Support stock & sales reconciliation.

• Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Who You Are

We believe you will excel in this role because of your:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.

• Previous experience in e-commerce

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics GA4.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA and SEO is a plus

• Positive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and open-minded attitude.

• Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
