We are searching for a new Aftersales Specialist to be a part of our Aftersales Team LINDBERG based in our office in Aarhus.
Your opportunity
In cooperation with our extended Aftersales Team LINDBERG, you will handle returns, substitutions and repairs while supporting the organization with delivering the agreed levels of service to both our Customers and internal teams, primarily worldwide Customer Service and Sales Support Teams.
How you will contribute
- Handling and monitoring returns, substitutions and repairs assigned to the office in Aarhus in compliance with the LINDBERG Aftersales policy and procedures
- Assessing and evaluating defects in collaboration with Aftersales Manager and In-house opticians
- Daily management of the Aftersales inbox
- Handling aftersales-related enquiries from Customer Service and Sales Support Teams
- Ensuring proper registration and case management of aftersales-related cases in CRM and ERP systems according to the agreed flows
- Manual processing of special orders like PR Frames and BA frames for personal use
- Sorting and packing returns and repairs to be forwarded to the main collection point overseas
Who you are
- 1-3 years of work experience in an aftersales environment with proven track record of handling physical product, preferably eyewear
- Experienced in communicating with diverse international teams
- Attention to details and works in a structured fashion
- Problem solver
- Confident in representing company policies and guidelines
- Familiar with using ERP and CRM systems
- Passionate about supporting and guiding colleagues with technical product knowledge
